It only takes a short amount of time to register your details with us and a member of our team will be in touch to run through your experience and any relevant opportunities. With Aerviva, you can rest assured that you’re being represented by professionals with the utmost integrity.
Your next aviation job is here
Strong relationships with global MRO businesses, airlines, and ground service operators allow us to provide career opportunities for a variety of B1/B2 engineer, technician, mechanic, and other technical trade roles in aircraft maintenance. We also work closely with key industry players to recruit for flight operations, airfield operations, administration, and business development roles.
When you register with Aerviva, our team of aviation recruitment specialists will review your profile and experience for a multitude of flying jobs or aviation support careers. If we have a suitable opportunity, or know we have one upcoming, then we’ll be in touch to run through your background and requirements. We can then discuss next steps, or whether we can speak to our network about finding a role that suits your ambitions more closely.
No. You’ll never need to pay any fees to Aerviva.
Our fee is always obtained from our clients who task us to find the right candidates for the aviation roles they are hiring for.
Sometimes it takes a little bit of time to get roles onto the website or there might be some confidentiality that prevents us from advertising roles publicly. Registration takes a few minutes to upload your contact details and requirements — from there we’ll be in touch if we know of something suitable immediately, or roles that could be a fit that we have on the near horizon.
If you like the sound of a role, we’d encourage you to register your details ahead of dropping us an email. This way, we can have all the key details in front of us while reviewing your experience, prior to having an informed and productive conversation.
What shall I do if I have applied for a specific job on the Aerviva website but haven’t heard back yet?
As you can imagine, we sometimes have hundreds of applications and it’s not always possible to get back to every applicant for each role. If you’re a suitable, qualified candidate for the position in question, then it’s very likely we will have spoken to you already. If you haven’t heard back from us within 2 weeks, it’s probable that the application hasn’t been successful on this occasion, but we’ll do our best to keep you in mind for more suitable roles that we take on in the near future.
Whether you’re looking for pilot jobs, cabin crew jobs, or engineering jobs — aviation hiring can be a complex landscape to maneuver. Aviation headhunters and aviation recruitment agencies not only have excellent contacts, but they also have exposure to a wide range of job roles, career types, and can offer excellent advice, support, and guidance.
Aviation contract companies can also help you to access more flexible career paths that suit your ambitions and lifestyle choices. Aviation industry jobs, and airline jobs particularly, can be quite closed if you don’t have exposure to the right opportunities — and this is where we can add real value.
Yes! As well as recruiting for aviation jobs in Europe and beyond, we’re also a staffing firm for aerospace jobs, including aerospace defense.
