How leasing works

Our team simultaneously works with clients to determine their requirements and after a short process, candidates are selected by the client to fulfil available roles. Candidates will then work directly for the client for the duration of the contract in question.
Aerviva’s duty is to ensure the recruitment, HR, and payroll services are seamless for all parties. This enables clients to focus on core operations, whilst candidates have one point of contact for all administrative and logistical elements in relation to their employment, contract, salary, and benefits.
