AIRBUS H-145 INSTRUCTOR PILOT

Our client, a leading Middle East aerospace and defense company, is seeking experienced AIRBUS H-145 INSTRUCTOR PILOT to support their expanding rotary-wing operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Report and work directly with the Aircrew Training Manager of the organization.
  2. Serve as a Ground and Flight Instructor, training aircrew on both basic and advanced courses (Conversion, NVG, Hoist, Tactical) on the H145.
  3. Conduct Flight Check Flights (FCF) on the H145 helicopter.
  4. Prepare training plans based on organizational requirements.
  5. Ensure all regulations are up-to-date and compliant with client standards.
  6. Advise client commanders on aircrew training requirements specific to the H145.
  7. Develop, write, and maintain training materials, publications, syllabi, and exams, performing periodic updates as required.
  8. Maintain and monitor training records for deployed aircrew.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. Certified Instructor Pilot from a recognized aviation institution
  2. FAA/EASA/ATP/CFI/CFII/SOL (Simulator Operator Instructor) or equivalent
  3. Military background preferred
  4. Minimum flight hours:
  5. 3,000 Rotary Wing
  6. 1,000 as Instructor Pilot
  7. 500 NVG
  8. 100 on H-145/EC145
  9. Minimum 100 flight hours in the past year
  10. Experience in Hoist operations, NVG, FCF, and Tactical flights.
  11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  12. Must pass medical evaluation, theoretical exam, practical assessment, company interview, and government security clearance.
  13. All qualifications must be verifiable with official documentation.
